We ship worldwide from our network of fulfillment partners. Most of our items ship from overseas warehouses — that’s how we keep prices low. Please review the timing below before you order.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days from the date you place them. We then hand them off to the carrier the next business day after processing.
Shipping time
Standard shipping (most items): 2–4 weeks for delivery after the order has shipped. Most items travel from our overseas fulfillment partners via tracked international shipping (CJPacket, ePacket, USPS-relay, or similar carriers). Total time from order to doorstep is typically 3–5 weeks.
Express / U.S. warehouse items (when available): Some items are marked “4-day shipping” on the product page. Those ship from a domestic warehouse and arrive in 2–4 business days after processing.
Shipping cost
Free insured shipping on every order worldwide. Insurance is built in — if a package is damaged or lost in transit, we’ll replace it or refund you.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. International packages may take a few days after handoff before the carrier’s tracking page begins updating — this is normal.
If you don’t receive your order
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping confirmation, you are eligible for a full refund. Just email us at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll take care of it.
Wrong or damaged items
If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, please email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the product and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Address changes
We can usually update a shipping address within 24 hours of order placement, before processing begins. After that, the order is already with our fulfillment partner and the address is locked. Email us as soon as possible: [email protected].
Customs and duties
For customers outside the U.S., your country may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your local government and are the buyer’s responsibility. U.S. orders under $800 normally clear customs duty-free.
